Blood Plum Jam

Ingredients
  Blood plums 1 Kilogram
  Water 60 Milliliter
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pectin 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1.
Wash and halve plums.
Remove stones.
2.
Place plums and water into a 3-litre casserole dish.
Cover, cook for 5-7 minutes on HIGH.
3.
Add sugar and cook a further 15-20 minutes on HIGH, uncovered.
Stir every 3-4 minutes during cooking.
4.
Add pectin and cook a further 3-5 minutes on HIGH.
5.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
