Fresh Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Strawberries 5 Cup (80 tbs), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered fruit pectin packet 1
  Sugar 7 Cup (112 tbs)
Directions

Combine strawberries, lemon juice, and pectin in 4-quart micro proof bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook on HI, 10 to 11 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Stir once during cooking time.
Stir in sugar.
Cook on HI, 10 to 12 minutes, or until mixture boils hard for at least 1 minute.
Skim off foam.
Pour into 8-ounce hot sterilized jelly glasses and seal with two-piece vacuum-type lids, according to manufacturer's directions.
