If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple carrot jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
|Carrots||4 Cup (64 tbs), ground|
|Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Pineapple||7 Cup (112 tbs), crushed|
|Powdered pectin packet||2|
|Sugar||10 Cup (160 tbs)|
Boil carrots in orange juice until tender; add pine- apple.
Add pectin; bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar; boil for 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Skim; pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
