If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple fig jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Remove stems from figs; peel.
Combine figs and sugar; mash.
Cook to jelly-like consistency, or to 222 degrees on candy thermometer.
Pack in hot sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
