If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple orange-rhubarb jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
|Rhubarb||5 Cup (80 tbs), diced|
|Candy orange slices||1 Pound, diced|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Orange gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
Combine rhubarb and orange slices in saucepan; add 1/2 cup water.
Bring to a boil; stir until candy is partially dissolved.
Add sugar and gelatin.
Cook for 25 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
