Cherry-Pineapple Jam

If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple cherry-pineapple jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sugar 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)

Combine pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
Drain cherries; reserve juice.
Add enough water to juice to measure 3/4 cup.
Chop cherries; add with juice to pineapple mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring con- stantly; boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; add pectin and food coloring as desired.
Stir and skim for 5 minutes.
Pack into hot sterilized jars; seal.
