If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple cranberry-banana jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
|Cranberries||3 Cup (48 tbs) (fresh)|
|Bananas||2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed|
|Sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Liquid pectin||1⁄2 Bottle (0.5 l)|
Combine cranberries and 11/2 cups water in sauce- pan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in bananas and sugar.
Return to a boil; cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add pectin.
Spoon into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
