Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, place the fruit, and keep simmering until the fruit turns soft, now add the sugar and lemon juice to the pan, and keep stirring until the mixture has dissolved
2. Finally boil quickly and constantly until the mixture sets

SERVING
3. Serve with muffins, bagels, scones, or toast. You can use it as a filling in pies, or eat it with pancakes.
