Freezer Peach Jam

Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), peeled, pitted, and mashed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ascorbic citric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 3⁄4 Cup (76 tbs)
  Powdered pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Combine peaches,lemon juice, ascorbic-citric powder and sugar together.
2)Keep it for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3)Further combine pectin and water in a 4-cup glass measure, and stir it well.
4)Microwave the mixture at high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
5)Boil the mixture for a minute, stirring after 45 seconds.
6)Pour it over fruit and stir further for next three minutes.
7)Pour the mixture into sterilized jelly glasses or frozen food containers for at least one to two hours till it is jelled.
FINALIZING
8)If to be stored, keep in freezer upto a year or refrigerate upto three weeks.
SERVING
9)Before serving take it out from freezer or refrigerator and let it stand in room temperature.
