Microwave Jam Sauce
|Arrow root||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a deep microwavable dish, add in jam and water.
2) Cover the mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
3) Stir the mixture well.
4) Add in 2 teaspoons of arrow root in a bowl of little cold water. Mix to get a smooth paste.
5) Add the arrow root mixture into the jam sauce. Cook for 2 minutes till the mixture starts to become thick.
6) Serve the Jam Sauce hot or cold. When hot serve over sponge pudding and when cold serve over ice cream.
