Peach And Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
  Peach halves 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and pitted
  Fresh raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey/Fruit concentrate 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Coarsely chop the peaches in a food processor

MAKING
2. Take a small heavy saucepan, in it combine the peaches, raspberries, honey and boil them over moderate heat for 15 minutes, stir till thickened
3. Now cool the jam and add almond extract, then cover and refrigerate it, you can keep this up to 10 days

SERVING
4. Serve by applying on bread slices
