Honey Plum Jam

Ingredients
  Prune plums 3 Cup (48 tbs), halved (Pitted)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Coarsely chop plums in a food processor

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, combine plums, cider vinegar and honey. Boil over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes, reduce the heat and simmer, keep stirring till it turns thick
3. Once simmered, cool jam in the refrigerator for 10 days

SERVING
4. Serve with biscuits or fresh bread
