Frozen Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Powdered pectin 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a 3 qt. glass dish and tip in the frozen strawberries to thaw strawberries (high) for 2 minutes.
2. Mash the cooked fruit and then add pectin to microwave (high) 4-6 minutes until mixture boils.
3. Then add the sugar and lemon juice and microwave on (high) for 7-9 minutes while stirring every 2 minutes until mixture comes to full boil for 1 minute.

SERVING
4. Bottle when done and serve when needed
