Spiced Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
  Blueberries 2 Quart, crushed
  Sugar 2 Pound (4 1/2 Cup)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid fruit pectin 6 Ounce (1 Bottle)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large kettle, combine the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and allspice together.
2) Bring the mixture to a boil, stir constantly and boil for 2 minutes.
3) Stir in the pectin and skim the mixture.
4) Ladle the 3 pints jam into hot, sterilized pint jars or jelly glasses.
and seal immediately.

SERVING
5) Use the Spiced Blueberry Jam as required.
