Spiced Blueberry Jam
|Blueberries||2 Quart, crushed|
|Sugar||2 Pound (4 1/2 Cup)|
|Liquid fruit pectin||6 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
1) In a large kettle, combine the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and allspice together.
2) Bring the mixture to a boil, stir constantly and boil for 2 minutes.
3) Stir in the pectin and skim the mixture.
4) Ladle the 3 pints jam into hot, sterilized pint jars or jelly glasses.
and seal immediately.
5) Use the Spiced Blueberry Jam as required.
