Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
  Raspberries 1 1⁄2 Pound, washed
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Orange 1 (use grated rind and juice)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2) Soak the clay cooking pot, in water.
3) Place raspberries and sugar in the clay pot.
4) Allow to rest for 1 hour.

MAKING
5) Mix in orange juice, rind and cinnamon.
6) Put the lid on and bake in oven for 1 1/2 or until thickened.

SERVING
7) Serve as desired.
