Pineapple And Apricot Jam

Ingredients
  Pineapple 2 Can (20 oz), shredded
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, cook the apricots in water until tender.
2) Add the pineapples and stir well.
3) Stir in sugar.
4) Simmer, stirring frequently until the mixture if thickened.

SERVING
5) Serve as desired.
