|Dried apricots||60 Milliliter (Soaked, 1/4 Cup)|
|Orange juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Walnuts||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
1. In a bowl, soak apricots in water until soft.
2. In a blender, blend apricots with the juice and nuts on medium speed until smooth.
3. Apply over toasted bread and serve.
