Ingredients
  Strawberries 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon 1 Large, juiced
  Granulated sugar 3 Pound
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add the strawberries, lemon juice an sugar andheat gradually till the sugar dissolves
2. Allow it to boil and cook briskly for fifteen minutes till it reaches the seeting point
3. Remove from the heat, add butter to dispense the scum and allow to cool until a skin forms at the surface
4. Pour into a pot and cover

SERVING
5. Serve as required
