Strawberry Jam Kuchen

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Strawberry jam 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon (For Sprinkling)
  Strawberries 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. For the topping, in a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated and brown sugar and cinnamon; cut it butter/margarine and egg yolk and mix until crumbly
2. Apply a coat of grease on a round 8" baking dish; for the kuchen, in a medium bowl, mix sugar, egg and milk
3. Beat this mixture with your hadns and spread the batter in the prepared backing dish; add spoonfuls of jam in the batter and swirl around to marble it
4. Sprinkle the topping over the batter and microwave at MEDIUM LOW for seven minutes, making sure to give a half turn after four minutes
5. Microwave without a lid at HIGH for three minutes till it passes the cake test; remember to give a half turn at a minute and a half
6. Allow to cool down completely for fifteen minutes; cut in wedges

SERVING
7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, garnish with strawberries and serve
