Jam From Frozen Berries

Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened berries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), Defrosted (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
  Unsweetened frozen grape juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), defrosted but undiluted
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, mix berries, grape juice, gelatin and cornstarch.
2.Leave for a minute so that the gelatin granules become soft.
3.Once soft, heat the mixture until thick.
4.Let the mixture settle at room temperature and once cold, refrigerate.

SERVING
5.Serve the berries cold.
