Jam From Frozen Berries
|Frozen unsweetened berries||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), Defrosted (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)|
|Unsweetened frozen grape juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), defrosted but undiluted|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.In a saucepan, mix berries, grape juice, gelatin and cornstarch.
2.Leave for a minute so that the gelatin granules become soft.
3.Once soft, heat the mixture until thick.
4.Let the mixture settle at room temperature and once cold, refrigerate.
5.Serve the berries cold.
