Raspberry Jam

One of the easiest ways to make delicious, homemade raspberry jam. No Certo or SureJell needed!
Ingredients
  Raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a big bowl mash enough raspberries to make two cups.
2.Pour mashed berries into large pot and heat until they reach a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
3.Add sugar and stir well.

SERVING
4.Serve with doughnuts or use it as a topping on your favorite dessert.

TIP
Use a large pot as the jam will double in volume when it reaches a full boil.
Store it in sterilized jars and seal.
This recipe can easily doubled in size.
