Year Round Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 1 Quart, thawed
  Fruit pectin crystals 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Crush strawberries and place in 3 quart (3 L) casserole.
Dissolve pectin crystals in water and add to berries, mixing well.
Cover and cook on HIGH 8-10 minutes, or to boiling point.
Add sugar, stir well and continue to cook on HIGH to full boil, then time for one minute of boiling.
Bottle and seal if jam is to be stored at room temperature, or bottle and refrigerate if jam will be used within one month.
