Sugar Free Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Strawberries 500 Gram
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar free sweetener tablet 8 , crushed
  Hot water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Hull strawberries and wash.
Cut into halves.
Sprinkle gelatine into warm water and set aside till completely dissolved.
Dissolve sweetener in hot water and set aside.
Place strawberries with very little water in a scrupulously clean pan over low heat.
Simmer till strawberries are slightly mushy.
Remove from heat and add dissolved sweetener.
Stir briskly till well mixed.
Taste and add more sweetener, dissolved in hot water, if required.
Add gelatine and continue to stir for several minutes, till well blended.
Pour into sterilized jars and keep refrigerated.
