Frozen Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 20 Ounce, thawed (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Liquid fruit pectin 3 Ounce (Half Of 6 Ounce Bottle)
  Paraffin 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Put strawberries through food mill or mash.
Add sugar; mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When sugar has dissolved, add pectin; stir 3 minutes.
Ladle into jelly glasses, or pint jars.
Cover and let stand 24 hours or till set.
Seal glasses or jars with paraffin.
Makes enough for four 1/2-pint jars of jelly glasses.
Jam may be stored up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
