Fresh Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  Crushed strawberries 5 Cup (80 tbs), washed and hulled
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered fruit pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 7 Cup (112 tbs)
Directions

In 4-quart microproof bowl combine fruit and juice with pectin.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 10 to 11 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in sugar.
Cook, uncovered, on HI (max. power) 10 to 12 minutes, or until mixture boils hard for at least 1 minute.
Skim off any foam with metal spoon.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses or jars and seal.
