Strawberry Jelly And Jam

Ingredients
JAM
3 3/4 cups strawberry pulp
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
7 cups sugar
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin
Directions

Mix pulp, lemon juice and sugar together in a large saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
Boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
Continue stirring for 5 minutes and skim if necessary.
Ladle into hot sterilized glasses or jars and cover with hot melted paraffin.
