Sugarless Jam

Ingredients
  Fruits 500 Gram, chopped
  Sugar free sweetener tablets 20 (Synthetic Sweetening)
  Hot water 1 Tablespoon
  Gelatin 15 Gram
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Potassium meta bisulphite 1⁄2 Gram
Directions

Simmer fruits with a little water until soft.
Crush tablets and dissolve in hot water.
Add to hot but not boiling fruits.
Soak gelatine in two tablespoons water for five minutes.
Warm up a little to dissolve gelatine.
Add gelatine to fruit mixture.
Dissolve preservative in a small quantity of jam and mix with the rest.
Mix well.
Pour jam into sterilized jars with firmly fitting tops.
Seal.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
