|Fruits||500 Gram, chopped|
|Sugar free sweetener tablets||20 (Synthetic Sweetening)|
|Hot water||1 Tablespoon|
|Potassium meta bisulphite||1⁄2 Gram|
Simmer fruits with a little water until soft.
Crush tablets and dissolve in hot water.
Add to hot but not boiling fruits.
Soak gelatine in two tablespoons water for five minutes.
Warm up a little to dissolve gelatine.
Add gelatine to fruit mixture.
Dissolve preservative in a small quantity of jam and mix with the rest.
Pour jam into sterilized jars with firmly fitting tops.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
