Blackberry Jelly Jam
Wash blackberries, place in large saucepan, crush well.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes.
Add lemon juice and warmed sugar, stir until dissolved, bring quickly to the boil, boil rapidly for approximately 10 minutes, or until jam jells when tested on cold saucer.
Pour into hot sterilised jars, seal.
