Mango Jalapeno Jam

Ingredients
  Diced peeled mango 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Large)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Diced seeded jalapeno 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and jalapeho.
Carefully pour mango mixture into a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Cover and chill.
