Fruit Jam

Ingredients
  Peeled chopped musk melon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peeled chopped apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peeled chopped pears 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Guava 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (without seeds)
  Pomegranate juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 7 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Inch
  Cream 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Take a pan heat oil in it. Add cinnamon, ginger paste ,brown sugar and stir well. Now add chopped pieces of all the fruits and saute it. Cook the fruits on a low flame for 20mins or till tender. Cream is optional and you may add it while cooking. Cream brings glaze to the jam. Mash the fruits well the spoon or spatula and see that it becomes saucy like jam and tangy. This can be stored in an air tight container for 8 days or you may refrigerate it and store for a longer time. Tastes yummy with parathas,roti,bread or just like that, Kids will love it.
