Bing Cherry Jam

Ingredients
  Chopped pitted bing cherries 1 Quart
  Powdered pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except sugar, in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Add sugar; return to a rolling boil.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
