Wild Rose Hip Jam

Ingredients
  Rose hips 4 Cup (64 tbs), halved (seeded)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Simmer rose hips and water in covered saucepan for 30 minutes.
Put cooked pulp in blender and blend until smooth.
Add sugar and allspice.
Simmer stirring contant-ly until fairly thick.
Will thicken more when thoroughly cooled.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal with parafin.
