|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Thimbleberries||5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)|
|Powdered pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Place thimbleberries in large kettle (6 qt.) Add pectin, lemon juice, salt and a few drops of food coloring (natural color fades with storage).
Bring to hard boil.
Stir in sugar, bring to a fast rolling boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
