|Tomato juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bay leaf||1⁄2 , crushed|
|Onion||1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced|
|Apple juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Jelling mix||4 Teaspoon (Slim Set Brand)|
Combine the tomato juice, cloves, bay leaf, and onion in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove cloves and bay leaf.
Add the apple juice and jelling mix.
Stir with a wire whisk to dissolve the mix.
Bring mixture back to the boil and boil for a minute.
Remove from heat and pour into serving dish or clean jar.
