Sour Cherry Jam

Ingredients
  Frozen sour cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 3 Teaspoon
  Jelling mix 1 Teaspoon (Slim Set)
Directions

Using a wire strainer, drain liquid of the sour cherries into a saucepan.
With the back of a spoon, squeeze any remaining liquid from the cherries.
Add remaining ingredients to the cherry liquid.
Stir to completely dissolve the jelling mix.
Place saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until the mixture boils.
Reduce heat and boil for a minute.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
