Sweet Cherry Jam
|Frozen sweet cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Slim set jelling mix||4 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened wild cherry drink mix||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mash the sweet cherries with a potato masher.
Pour cherries and cherry liquid into a saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to completely dissolve jelling mix.
Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture boils.
Reduce heat and boil for a minute.
Pour into a serving dish and allow to set.
