Sweet Cherry Jam

  Frozen sweet cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
  Slim set jelling mix 4 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened wild cherry drink mix 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Mash the sweet cherries with a potato masher.
Pour cherries and cherry liquid into a saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to completely dissolve jelling mix.
Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture boils.
Reduce heat and boil for a minute.
Pour into a serving dish and allow to set.
