Fresh Blueberry Jam
|Maple syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place the berries and syrup in a medium-size saucepan.
Stir the gelatin into the water until it dissolves.
Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
Place in a sterilized jar, cool, then refrigerate.
