Here is a Fresh Blueberry Jam recipe that is sure to get you hooked up. Yummy Fresh Blueberry Jam will sweep you off your feet! It's always a hit with adults and children alike. Enjoy!
  Blueberries 1 Pint
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Place the berries and syrup in a medium-size saucepan.
Stir the gelatin into the water until it dissolves.
Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
Place in a sterilized jar, cool, then refrigerate.
