Sweet red peppers
12 Large, chopped
375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
1 , unpeeled, cut into wedges
750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
– Sprinkle sweet red peppers with coarse salt and let stand for 3 hours, then drain.
