In A Jam Kabobs

Ingredients
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Dash
  Boneless chicken breasts 1 1⁄4 Pound, skinned and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (2 Pieces)
  Frozen brussel sprouts 10 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)
Directions

In medium glass bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger.
Cook at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Add chicken and marinate, if desired, 30 minutes.
On four 9 or 10-inch wooden skewers alternately thread chicken and brussel sprouts.
Arrange skewers on 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Rearrange skewers once and brush with marinade twice.
