Baked Jam Roly Poly is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Serve this Baked Jam Roly Poly to them, I bet everyone will praise for your creativity.
  Self raising flour 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Shredded suet 4 Ounce
  Cold water 8 Tablespoon (To Mix)
  Strawberry jam/Raspberry jam 5 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Heat the oven to 425°F, 220°C, gas no. 7 and lightly flour a baking tray.
Mix together the flour, salt and suet in a bowl and add sufficient cold water to make a soft but not sticky dough and then knead lightly.
Roll out on a floured surface to an 8 inch (20 cm) square and spread the jam to within 1 inch (2.5 cm) of the edge, roll up loosely and press the edges firmly together with a rolling pin.
Lift onto the baking tray and cook for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
