Blueberry Lemon Jam

This recipe for the yummy Blueberry Lemon Jam is brilliant. I served it for my in laws for brunch and they loved it. Try this Blueberry Lemon Jam, I am sure you will love it.
Ingredients
  Fresh blueberries 1 Quart, rinsed and drained
  Grated lemon peel 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid fruit pectin 3 Ounce (Half Bottle)
Directions

Put blueberries into a kettle and crush thoroughly.
Add the lemon peel and juice, sugar, salt, and cloves and blend thoroughly.
Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; bring to boiling; boil 1 minute without stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in the pectin; skim off any foam.
Ladle jam into hot sterilized jars and seal.
