Alphonso mango pulp
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1. Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 12 minutes, or till the mixture thickens and turn glossy while stirring continuously.
2. Cool completely and serve with toasted bread or store it refrigerated.
