Hot Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers
|Cream cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a small bowl, add cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Add cumin and cilantro. Mix them well.
Remove stem, seeds, and pulp of jalapeno peppers.
Stuff each half of pepper with cheese mixture.
In a bowl, whisk together egg, and milk.
Place flour, and bread crumbs in 2 different bowls.
Dip peppers in egg/milk, then in flour, and finally into the crumbs bowl.
Chill the peppers for 10 minutes.
Repeat the process.
Chill for another 10 minutes.
For extra crumbs, dip the peppers in egg/milk bowl, then in the bread crumbs.
Chill for half an hour.
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Fry the peppers until golden brown.
Drain on a paper.
Serve with sour cream.
