Jalapeño Mango Skewers

Ingredients
  Mango 1 , chopped
  Jalapeno peppers 4 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. Alternate mango, jalapeno peppers, onion and bell pepper on skewers. Brush well with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Place skewers on the grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, until veggies are cooked and mangoes are marked.
3. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and fresh chopped cilantro (if desired) just before serving.
