1)Cut the top of the jalapeno peppers and place on a jalapeno rack.
2)Fry the tasso ham till its crispy and mix with cream cheese and red hot sauce. On a tray place the ham strips and season with creole seasoning.
3)Fill the piping bag with cream cheese and tasso ham and pipe into each jalapeno pepper. Make sure you cut a big enough hole in the bag. Wrap the peppers with bacon strips and secure each piece with a tooth pick.
4)Place the rack on a grill and cook till golden brown.
5)Serve hot with your choice of sauces and best paired with a cool beverage.
