Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
  Jalapeno chili peppers 4 Large, washed, deseeded
  Ham slices 4 Medium
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Old bay seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Red sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)In a bowl mix the crab meat and the sour cream along with the old bay seasoning, worcestershire sauce and red sauce.
2)Place the mixture in a piping bag and fill the jalapeno peppers.
3)Warm the grill.

MAKING:
4)Wrap the peppers in ham slices and place them on a tray or a pepper rack and cook them till the jalapeno turns brown.

SERVING:
5)Serve hot with your choice of dressing.

TIPS:
The seasoning can be varied according to your taste.
Add some shredded pepper jack cheese to the crab mixture for added flavor.
