Jalapeno Pepper Rice
|Regular long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Jalapeno peppers||1 Can (10 oz), seeded and chopped|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend cooked rice with sour cream in a bowl; stir in jalapenos.
Place mixture in a buttered 1 3/4 or 2 quart baking dish, or a shallow casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in a 350°F oven 20 minutes, or until heated through.
