Jalapeno Pepper Rice

Ingredients
  Regular long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Dairy sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Jalapeno peppers 1 Can (10 oz), seeded and chopped
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend cooked rice with sour cream in a bowl; stir in jalapenos.
Place mixture in a buttered 1 3/4 or 2 quart baking dish, or a shallow casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in a 350°F oven 20 minutes, or until heated through.
