Mascarpone Cheese

Mascarpone cheese is a very low fat cheese. Only 25% of cream fat is there in Mascarpone cheese. It is made from the milk of the cow that eats fresh herbs and flowers. This special diet creates a different and unique taste of Mascarpone cheese. The color of cheese is milky-white and it smells like cream and milk. In many dishes, mascarpone cheese is added as a thickener. Some good mascarpone cheese recipes are strawberry mascarpone trifle, mascarpone cheesecake, berry honey vanilla mascarpone and mascarpone tart filling. Mascarpone cheese is mainly made in autumn and winters and should be consumed immediately after production.
