  Hard-cooked eggs 1 Tablespoon, sliced
  Fish 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Best Quality Tuna, Shrimp, Or Sardines)
  Thin meat slices 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Salami, Pepperoni, Roast Beef, Or Ham)
  Pimientos/Roasted peppers 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 1 Tablespoon (For Topping The Pimientos)
  Melon slices 1 Tablespoon (Wrapped With Prosciutto Ham)
  Olives 1 Tablespoon (Black Or Green)
Directions

Choose an assortment from the above; arrange on a pretty tray or lazy susan.
