Italian Herb And Cheese Croutons

Ingredients
  Sourdough french bread loaf 1 , cubed
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Grated romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Toss bread cubes and butter, then toss with cheeses and herbs until well mixed.
Spread on un-greased jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 250 °F until crisp and golden brown.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Cool; store in airtight container.
Keeps well 1 month.
